Age 87 of NE Mpls., passed away at home with family. Survived by wife of 66 years, Helen (Sodd); daughters: Gloria (Chris) Olsen & Nancy (Barry) Fisher; grandchildren: Gina Olsen & Katie (Zack) Wilson; great-grandchildren: JR, Cody & Sophia; six Godchildren. Nick was a beloved uncle to many. He retired from the Minneapolis Police Department in 1982 and served in the Marines. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, mushroom picking, woodcarving, glass cutting & golf. Longtime member of St. Mary’s Orthodox Cathedral (NE Mpls.), Men’s Club, American Legion, Disabled Vets, Goldbrick’s & Perohi Club.
