Survived by wife of 66 years, Helen (Sodd); daughters: Gloria (Chris) Olsen & Nancy (Barry) Fisher; grandchildren: Gina Olsen & Katie (Zack) Wilson; great-grandchildren: JR, Cody & Sophia; six Godchildren. Nick was a beloved uncle to many. He retired from the Minneapolis Police Department in 1982 and served in the Marines. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, mushroom picking, woodcarving, glass cutting & golf. Longtime member of St. Mary’s Orthodox Cathedral (NE Mpls.), Men’s Club, American Legion, Disabled Vets, Goldbrick’s & Perohi Club. Many thanks to caregiver Tim Farley, North Memorial & VA Hospice Teams. Visitation at KOZLAK-RADULOVICH CHAPEL (1918 University Ave. NE) Friday from 5-8 PM with Vigil Prayers (Parastas) at 7 PM. Funeral service at ST. MARY’S ORTHODOX CATHEDRAL (17th Ave. NE & 5th St.) Saturday at 9:30 AM with visitation beginning at 9 AM. Interment St. Mary’s Orthodox Cemetery.
