Holley, Carroll F., Jr. “Frank” of Lakeville. Frank joined his heavenly family on February 25, 2016 after a short courageous battle with cancer. He retired from the Minneapolis Police Department as a Sergeant after 40 years. Frank was preceded in death by his father, Carroll Sr. Survived by his loving wife of 32 years, Joanne; children, Matthew, Anna and Megan; mother, Doris Meggitt; step-mother, Alease Holley; siblings, Bill Meggitt, John Meggitt, Rich (Nancy) Meggitt, Doug Meggitt, Dave Meggitt, Steve (Kathy) Holley, Maribeth (Steve) Lindemuth, also by many other relatives and friends. Funeral Service will be held 11 AM Wednesday, March 2, 2016 at Berean Baptist Church, 309 Co. Rd. 42, Burnsville, MN. With visitation from 5-8 PM Tuesday (3/1) at White Funeral Home, 20134 Kenwood Tr., (Co. Rd. 50) Lakeville, also one hour prior to service at church. Interment, All Saints Cemetery, Lakeville.
